Vera Kontek of Camrose, AB, passed away on August 29, 2019 at the age of 88 years.
She is survived by her daughters Caroline Jober, Dolores (Don) Soroka, Kelly Kontek (Kevin Mickey) and sons Ron (Joanne) Kontek and Larry (Bonnie) Kontek.
She was predeceased by her husband Rudy and son-in-law Gordon Jober.
A prayer service will be held at 7:00 p.m., Thursday, September 5, 2019 at Weber’s Mt. Pleasant Funeral Chapel, Camrose.
A Mass of Christian burial will held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, September 6, 2019 at St Francis Xaviar Roman Catholic Church, Camrose. Interment will follow at the Camrose Valleyview Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation
