Obituary of Thomas Wayne Hearn
Thomas Wayne Hearn, age 71 of New Glasgow passed away on August 22, 2019 at home. Born in Halifax he was a son of the late Joseph John and Ruby May (Hearn) Fitzpatrick.
Thomas worked for various construction companies including Marshall Dunn and James Stewart, he also worked as a flagger on the highway. In earlier years he ran his own cleaning business on Vancouver Island.
He is survived by a daughter Crystal, 3 grandchildren; sister Mary Richards; brother Joseph (Mary) Fitzpatrick and several nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a brother Harvey David Fitzpatrick and sister Patricia Livingstone.
Cremation has taken place, the family will receive friends from 6 -8 pm on Friday, August 30, 2019 in the H.W. Angus Funeral Home with a service of remembrance to follow at 8 pm in the funeral home chapel. Donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
