November 15, 1939 – August 9, 2019
Ron passed away after a recent diagnosis of stage four prostate cancer.
He was born to John and Annie Heichman on their farm north of Perdue.
This is where he began his life’s work as a farmer, doing it well and

devoted much time to regular visits with Curt Dagenais in the
Saskatchewan Penitentary. He was predeceased by his brothers Harvey and
Walter. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lillian (nee Dyck),
daughter Jennifer, niece Anita Millan (Mikaela, Serena, Brianna, Kierra)
and nephew Harold Heichman (son Elijah) all of Saskatoon, nephews and
nieces, Ken, June, Laura and Wendy in California; Vivian Thorarinsson
who called him “Dad”, sister-in-law Louise Heichman, and Sharon
Heichman; brother-in-law Philip (Natalia) Dyck; cousins and friends.
Jesus said, “I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me
will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me
will never die.” John 11:25
