Rachel Ann Moulaison 1947-2019- On Tuesday July 23,2019 Rachel Moulaison, loving mother and grandmother, passed away at the age of 72. Rachel was born Feb 23, 1947 in Yarmouth to the late John and Bertha Gardener. She was raised by Ralph and Dolly Derkie, of Sandford, as one of their own. Rachel was preceded in death by her husband, William Moulaison, and her brother John Gardener. She is survived by her brother Allen Jeffrey, her son Kreig Leblanc, grandchildren Sora and Kyren Leblanc, cousins, nieces, and nephews. Rachel is known as a hard worker who never complained when things got tough. Her infectious smile and sharp wit will be remembered along with her kind and compassionate spirit. She was a friend to all and enjoyed caring for all the little creatures, great and small around her home. Cremation has taken place under the care of Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A Memorial service will be held at the Yarmouth Wesleyan church on Tuesday August 6th at 2pm. Donations in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
