Preston Simon Morehouse
1950-2019
Preston S. Morehouse of Zealand, NB passed away on August 27, 2019 at
his home. Born at Stone Ridge, NB on November 17, 1950, he was a son
of the late Eugene and Pauline (Hanson) Morehouse. Preston enjoyed 4
wheeling, hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his wife of 23 years, Janice Lewis; his children,
Jodi Brewer (Greg), Kristi Brewer (Todd), Tamila Knox (Matt) and Kirk
Lewis (Marty); brothers, Glenwood, Leon, Alton and Brian Morehouse; a
sister, Cindy; a brother-in-law, Gary Saunders; grandchildren, Alyson,
Mackenzie, Alexis, Jenna, Colten and Andrew; several great
grandchildren, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by sisters, Margaret
Price (late David), Rhonda Saunders and infant Melanie and a brother,
Stephen Morehouse.
Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis
Drive, Nackawic, NB on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 12 noon to 2 pm,
followed by the funeral service at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel
with Rev. Arol Brewer and Rev. Terrance Brewer officiating. Interment
at Zealand Community Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ivan, Tommy, Brian, Kevin, Barry and Norwood.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Preston, the family
has suggested the Canadian Cancer Society or the Zealand Community
Cemetery.
