The family announces with great sorrow his passing in Sudbury, Friday, August 23, 2019 at the age of 85 years. Husband of the late Joyce (née Dagg) Daoust. Son of the late Firmin and the late Léonie (née Lefebvre) Daoust. Loving father of Denis, Philippe (late Leanna), Kenny (Peggy), Brenda Brouse, Gerry (Karen), Raymond (Joanne) and Sandy. Predeceased by his daughter Judy Kiisner (late Joe). Dear brother of Ernest (Lucille), Pauline Vincent (late Fernand), Roger (Lucille) and André (Estelle). Predeceased by his siblings Firmin Jr., Leonida (late Hector), Stephane (late Fernande) (late Jacqueline), Laura (late Mike) (late Bert), Paul (late Estelle), Thérèse, Michel (Jeannine), Madeleine (late Francis) and Rita (Germain). Cherished grandfather of 18, great-grandfather of 36 and of 2 great-great grandchildren. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4691 R.R.15, Chelmsford, Wednesday, August 28, 2019 from 11-1 p.m. A funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. in the chapel, Chelmsford.
