HUPPIE, Irene Mildred “Milly”
Irene Mildred “Milly” Huppie died peacefully in her sleep at her home in Edmonton, AB on August 22, 2019 at the age of 68 years young.
Irene is survived by Sonny, her cat, Goldie; her siblings, Lena Streets, Harvey Huppie (Therese), Florence Huppie (Blaine), Yvonne Cardinal (Noel), Richard Huppie and Denise Cardinal (Richard) all of Edmonton, AB; God-Children; Charlotte Poirier, Doug Huppie, Terrance Cardinal, Robert Huppie, Eddie Huppie, Cameron Huppie, Bryce Forsberg and Tg Cardinal; and many nieces and nephews and extended family whom all loved her dearly. Irene is preceded in death by her loving parents, Edward and Christina Huppie of Bonnyville, AB; Brian Dutertre (Nephew/God-Son), Violet Huppie (Niece), WIlliam Huppie (Brother), Rosemarie Dutertre (Grouchy Sister), Mitchell Cardinal (Nephew) and Marvin Huppie (Brother).
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Wednesday September 4, 2019 at 4:30 p.m. at Wellington Hall 13440-132 Street NW Edmonton, AB. The Funeral Mass will follow the next day Thursday September 5th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church of the First Peoples, 10821-96 Street, NW Edmonton, AB with the interment immediately following at Holy Cross Cemetery 14611 Mark Messier Trail Edmonton, AB.
