Obituary of Dianna Lynn Harrett
Peacefully, with family by her side, at Chatham-Kent Hospice on Tuesday, August 27th, 2019, Dianna Harrett (nee Slater) passed away at the age of 68. Daughter of the late Richard and Jennie Slater (nee Brando). Beloved wife of the late Ronald Harrett (March 22nd, 2019). Loving mother of Byron Harrett (Jennifer Buckle) of Chatham, and Michael Harrett (Dayna) of Camden East. Proud grandma of Mia; Ivy, Keegan, Willow, and Graeden. Predeceased by her brothers David (2010), Ric (2015), and Wray Slater (2019). Dianna worked at McDonald’s in Chatham for more than 30 years. She had a passion for knitting and shared her creative spirit in the form of many handmade gifts through the years. She and Ron had a mutual love of music.
Friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, on Tuesday, September 3rd, 2019 from 12pm until the time of the Memorial Service at 1:30pm. Interment to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
