It is with great sadness that
the family of the late ADA JANE
HILLIER of Fortune announce her passing at the
Dr. S. Beckley Healthcare Centre in Grand Bank on Tuesday, August
27th, at the age of 73. Leaving to mourn with fond and
loving memories are husband, Allan of 53 years; sons, Allan (Tina) of
Grand Bank, Daniel (Debbie) of Fortune, Corey (Monchy) of Buchans;
daughter, Trina of Fortune; sisters, Winnie Caines (Cyrus), Georgina
Brinston, Mary Dodge (Elias), Elizabeth Hillier (Edward), Amy Dominie
(Stanley); brothers, Clayton Herridge (Colleen), Lorne Herridge
(Holly), Roy Herridge; 2 grandchildren, Kayla Ayres (Jody), Thomas
Harris; plus a large circle of extended family and
friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Clayton
& Elizabeth Herridge; brothers, Gordon Herridge, Baby Gordon;
sister, Mabel Herridge.
The Hillier Family will be accepting
visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Fortune on Wednesday,
August 28th and Thursday, August 29th from 2:00pm to 4:00pm &
7:00pm to 9:00pm. Funeral Service will be held at the All Saints
Anglican Church on Friday, August 30th at 2:00pm. Interment to follow
at the All Saints Anglican Church Cemetery, Fortune.
Ada’s memory, donations may be made to the family
or flowers gratefully accepted.
