Mr. Robert Botting
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Robert Arthur Botting. age 70, at Riverview Gardens on July 4th, 2019, surrounded by his loving family and friends. Cherished son of the late Joseph and Norma (Wright) Botting. Survived by his beloved wife Donna of over 45 years. Loving father of Troy and Greg. Special grandfather of Chloe and Sophie. Dear sister Marnie (Jonathon) Palmer and their daughters Kimberly, Kristina, Karen and Robert’s great niece Layla. Robert loved fishing and hunting and especially attending wild game suppers. Robert brought joy to many with his flower and vegetable beds at Riverview Gardens. The family would like to express their sincere thanks to the staff of Riverview Gardens for their care and compassion. We would also like to thank Vic and Matt from Voyageur Transportation for making his many trips to Windsor, Chatham and London as comfortable as possible. Family and friends are invited to the ALEXANDER & HOULE FUNERAL HOME 245 Wellington St. West Chatham 519 352- 2710 on Friday July 12th with visiting from 7 to 9 pm. A celebration of life for Robert will be conducted in the chapel of the funeral home on July 13th at 11:00 am with Rev. Susan Jolley officiating. Cremation to follow.
