Rita Roche
August 18, 1933 – July 29, 2019
Passed peacefully away July 29th, 2019 at the Health Sciences Centre surrounded by her loving family, Rita Roche, aged 85 years. Predeceased by her parents, Martha and Matthew Maddigan; daughter Denise Roche-Comerford (March 2012); sister Jean Hanrahan; brother Michael Maddigan; as well as John Roche, father of her children (March 2011). Leaving to mourn are her daughter Sharon (Paul); sons Barry and Shawn (Ewa); sister Bernadette Maddigan; grandchildren: Rebecca (Jan), Matthew and Chelsea (Chris); great-grandson Keegan; son-in-law Gerry Comerford; along with other relatives and friends. The family would like to thank the staff and residents of Glenbrook Lodge for their exceptional care and friendship over the past nine years. Private family visitation and service to be held. No flowers by request. Donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.
