De Jong, Patricia Ann – Surrounded by the love of her family on Saturday, July 13, 2019 in her 61st year. Loving wife and best friend of Robert. Cherished mother of Justin. Dear sister of Bruce Horton, Ken Horton and Bev Horton. Will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews. Patricia is predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Marion Horton as well as her brothers Larry, Richard, Edward and her sister Marion.
