It is with great sadness that the family of Joanna “Joan” McDonald announce her passing on Monday, July 22, 2019, in her 86th year. Predeceased by her loving husband, Robert McDonald (2002). Survived by her daughters, Mari Gibbons (John) and Anne Jordan (Jack). Leaving adoring grandchildren Bryan, Skye (Alan), and great-granddaughter, Layla. Special thanks to all of the doctors, nurses and staff at University Hospital and Queens Village for their care and compassion. Cremation has taken place. As per Joan’s wishes, there will be no formal service. A private service will be held at a later date.
