At the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Monday July 22nd, 2019, Mrs. Mary Ann Pennock of Chatham in her 86th year. Cherished daughter of the late Christopher and Margaret McGuirk. Beloved wife of the late Philip. Loving mother of Maryann MacKew and her husband Mark of Chatham, Edward Chrabaszcz of Toronto, Michael Chrabaszcz and his husband Todd Janzen of San Francisco, and Matthew Chrabaszcz and his wife Sylvie of Maple Ridge, B.C. She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Katrina (Alexander), Mark (Samantha), and Steven. Dear sister of Christopher McGuirk, Paulene Whitley, Bella Johnson-McGuirk, Bernadette Tierney, Charles McGuirk and his wife Bernadette, and Dermot McGuirk and his wife Paulene. Predeceased by sisters Margaret Lynch, and Antoinette McGuirk, and brothers Matthew and James McGuirk. Family and friends are invited to St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, 52 Croydon St., Chatham, on Thursday July 25th, 2019, with visiting from 10 to 11 am with a funeral mass to follow at 11 am with Father Frank Leslie. Arrangements entrusted to the Alexander & Houle Funeral Home, 245 Wellington St. West Chatham, 519 352-2710. Cremation has taken place. Friends planning an expression of remembrance are asked to consider Scarboro Missions, St. Vincent De Paul, or charity of choice. On–line condolences may be left at www.alexanderfuneralhome.ca
