Lincoln John Wilfred Horman, age 86, passed away suddenly at his residence on Sunday, July 7, 2019. Born in Stratford, son of the late Arthur and Lydia (Schellenberger) Horman. Predeceased by his wife Doris Ilene (Davidson) Horman, whom he married on October 14, 1989 at St. Stephens Anglican Church and predeceased him on December 15, 2011. Lincoln farmed for many years in the Gore of Downie before retiring and moving to Stratford. Lincoln is survived by his brother Edward Horman and his wife Margaret of Woodstock and his sister-in-law Rosemary Davidson of Stratford. Also surviving are nieces and nephew and their families and cousins. Besides his parents and his wife Doris, Lincoln is predeceased by brothers-in-law Robert Davidson and wife Arlene, Walter Davidson and wife Joan and Harry Davidson. Friends and family are invited to the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford for Lincoln’s funeral service on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., with visitation from 1:30 p.m. until the time of the service.
