Passed away at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Sunday July 14, 2019. Joyce Thomas was the beloved wife of the late Charles Smith. Loving mother of Richard Smith and Don Smith (Cheryl Mitchell). Survived by her granddaughters Emily and Chloe. Sister of the late Marie Perry and David Thomas. Friends will be received at the Allison Funeral Home, 103 Mill Street North, Port Hope, Monday July 22 from 12 noon until time of Memorial Service at 1pm. Interment, Port Hope Union Cemetery.
