With heavy hearts the family wishes to announce the passing of John Wilton, late of Stoughton, SK on Saturday, July 27, 2019 at the Weyburn General Hospital at the age of 60 years.
John was predeceased by the love of his life Holly Wilton; sister Sonja (Kootch) Barr and his parents Max and Helen Wilton.
John will be lovingly remembered by his daughter Jessica (Chris) Maas; sons Max and Kyle Wilton and beloved granddaughter, his “little squirt” Bria Maas. John will be greatly missed by his sister Diane Wilton and nephews, Sam and Adam Saad; brother-in-law Ken Barr and nephews, Ash Barr and family and Chris Barr and family; John’s “little pig” dog Roxy; and numerous other relatives, coworkers and countless friends.
A Celebration of John’s life will be held on Monday, August 5, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion, Stoughton branch with Rev. Allan Gairns presiding. A Private Family interment will take place immediately following the service. Please join the family for a time of lunch and fellowship at the Legion upon their return from the interment. In honour of John’s passion for “old cars” and “motor bikes” please bring yours.
