Obituary for
John Douglas Moore
On July 17, 2019, John Douglas Moore of Mayerthorpe, AB, formerly of Vermilion, AB, passed away at the age of 61 years. John will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Melody Moore (Lyle Emsland); brother, Rob Moore; sister, Tracy Kohlman; nephews and nieces, Jesse (Kyoko), Sheena, Logan, Jordana and Erica; great-nephew, Kaito; and great-niece, Rhea. John is predeceased by parents, Byron and Claudia; and brother-in-law, Michael.
Thank you to the doctors and staff of the Mayerthorpe Auxiliary Hospital for the exceptional and loving care shown to John and for being a part of his family.
A private ceremony will be held in Vermilion with inurnment in Vermilion Cemetery. In lieu of other tributes, donations may be made to the Brain Care Centre, Suite 305, Hys Centre, 11010 – 101 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5H 4B9.
