Obituary of James Russell Picken
Suddenly, on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at the Kingston General Hospital, at age 64. James Picken, beloved spouse of Elizabeth Stropnicka of Blackstock. Loving father of Felisha, Colleen, and Crystal. Dear brother of Eveyln, Ruth, Bernice, Gladys, Thelma (deceased), Roy, Richard, Wilson, and Stanley. He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews.
