It is with great sadness that the family of Hazel Zimmer, formerly of Yorkton, announce her passing on December 19, 2018 in Edmonton, AB.
A funeral service will be held for Hazel on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Christie’s Funeral Home.
Interment will follow in the Yorkton City Cemetery.
