GUNTER, Hartley Charles – The family of Hartley Charles Gunter are saddened to announce his death on Sunday, July 21st, 2019, from metastatic pancreatic cancer. He was the loving best friend of wife Laurel (Healy). Hartley was a wonderful dad to Carmen (Randy) Redford and Carol (Daniel) Loewith. Awesome Bubz to Clare and Rachel Redford, and Hannah, Chloe, Maggie and Joe Loewith. Hartley was born on August 6th, 1942, in South Durham, Quebec. He leaves behind his siblings: Daphne (Barry) Horan, Steve (Lucie) and Rick (Bev). Hartley was predeceased by his parents Howard and Bernice, and his younger brother Marshall. A celebration of his life will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock, Ontario (519-539-0004) on Saturday, August 3rd from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
