Born July 17th, 1921…Passed away peacefully at Warkworth Place Nursing Home, Warkworth on Monday, July 15th, 2019 in her 98th year. Beloved wife of the late Robert Edgar. Loving mother of Bill Edgar (Anne) of Listowel, Kory Clark (John) of Peterborough and Sue Taylor (Tony Vandenbroek) of Bridgenorth. Dear grandmother of Nicole, Aaron, Drew, Krista, Tyler, Curtis and great grand mother of Ben, Nathan, Joel, Evelyn, Genevieve and Alyssa.
Grace worked… Read More » as a Registered Nurse at Campbellford Memorial Hospital for many years, and then as the Director of Care at Warkworth Community Nursing Home until she retired at the age of 65.
Family and friends are invited to visit an informal celebration of life at the Royal Canadian Legion – Branch #380, Warkworth on Saturday, July 27th, 2019 from 2-4 PM. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Bridge Hospice Warkworth, St. Paul’s United Church or charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
