On July 16, 2019 Mr. Carl Joseph “Joe” Gladue of Edmonton, formerly of Saddle Lake, passed away at the age of 61 years. He is survived by his children, Lennie Eissman, Lionel (Raeanna) Hunter, Flint Hunter (Katelyn Boucher), Bianca Hunter (Lyle Steinhauer), Amber Colp, Cody Colp, Josiah Gladue & Jodaya Gladue; partner of 17 years, Sharon Gladue; 11 grandchildren; siblings, Bruce, Donna (Terry), Lorette (Herb), Arthur (Brenda), Cheryl (Duke), Paul (Cheri), Irvin & Edna (Dwayne); numerous nieces & nephews. Mr. Gladue was predeceased by his parents, Joe & Gladys Gladu; siblings, Marlene, Verna, Kathleen, Laura, Susie, William, Walter, Maryanne & 1 in infancy; grandparents, John Peter & Mary Ann Cardinal, Riel & Emelia Gladue. A Wake will be held on Sunday (leaving Grace Gardens at 2:00 p.m.) & Monday, July 21 & 22 at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 23 at 11:00 a.m. at Ayiwakes Cultural Centre, Saddle Lake.
