Dorothy Gilbert, beloved wife of Raymond Gilbert (deceased) passed away peacefully. Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her Family and Friends in Stettler, Alberta where she grew up and in the Killarney area where she lived for 65 years and attended St. Matthew’s United Church, working in the Thrift Store. She had many Friends at Royal Park where she lived for the past few years. She is warmly remembered by her Son Cameron Gilbert, (Beverly), daughters Deborah Gilbert and Elaine Acker, her 8 Grandchildren and 15 Great Grandchildren. Dorothy loved her garden and baked the best lemon tarts. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Matthew’s United Church, 2035 – 26A Street SW, Calgary, AB on Friday, July 19, 2019 at 1:00 pm. Interment to follow at Lake View Cemetery, 3810 – 50 Street, Stettler, AB, on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
