Pearson, D. Jacqueline, Truro, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2019 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born on May 27, 1944, the eldest daughter of the late John T. and Virginia C. (Yorke) Pearson. Jackie received her R.N. training in the Halifax Infirmary, Class of 1973. She began her career in Raleigh, North Carolina and continued it at Mount A University as a Nurse in Residence running the Student Infirmary. She attended her 45th Class Reunion in 2018, which she thoroughly enjoyed. Sincere thanks to Dr. Hali Bauld, the CEHHC Emergency Dept., and the CEHHC Palliative Care Unit for their terrific care of Jackie. Also, many thanks to the VON Palliative Home Support and workers for such wonderful help and care. Cremation has taken place with interment at a later date.
