Obituary of Doreen Holden
Peacefully, at the Cornwall Community Hospital on Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at the age of 78. Beloved wife and best friend of Ross Holden. Loving mother of the late Barton Holden (Nicole Ferland), Lynn Holden (Paul Quigley) and Michele Holden (Pierre Guenette). Proud grandmother of Carolyn Holden, Victoria Bennett, Rachael Bennett, Emily Bennett and Mathew Guenette. Dear sister of Jean Lefebvre (late Norman). Daughter of the late Henri and the late Rose (née Cadoret) Rancourt. Doreen will be fondly remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, friends and fellow artists. Relatives and friends are requested to gather at the Glengarry Funeral Home, 580 Main St. S., Alexandria, ON K0C 1A0 (613) 525-3400 on Monday, July 8, 2019 from 9 – 11 am. A Celebration of the Word will be held in the Chapel of the Glengarry Funeral Home on Monday, July 8, 2019 at 11 am. A reception will follow. A private interment will be held at a later date.
