Colleen Ann Brickman, age 67, of Stratford passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on July 6, 2019. Born in London, February 22, 1952, daughter of Jack and Patricia Noxell of Stratford.
Beloved wife for 46 years of Bruce Brickman. Loving mother of Stephanie Smith (Christopher) and Jodi Baumbach (John). Grandmother of Nadia, Tyson, Sidra and Lantana. Sister of Paul Noxell (Nancy) and Randy Noxell. Also survived by sisters-in-law Pauline Brickman-Gibbons (Bill), Debbie Reece (Paul), Janice Murray (Ed) and many nieces and one nephew. Predeceased by her father-in-law and mother-in-law Cecil and Merle Brickman.
Colleen worked at Towers and later Zellers for many years until her retirement. In retirement she loved spending time with her grandchildren which were her number one pride and joy. They always brightened her day and put a smile on her face. She was a member of Second St. John’s Lutheran Church, Wartburg.
Friends and relatives may call at the W.G. Young Funeral Home, 430 Huron Street, Stratford on Friday, July 12, from 10 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Rev. William Kramer will officiate. A reception will be held followed by interment at Second St. John’s Lutheran Church Cemetery.
