Howey, Cecil of RR1, Aylmer passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, July 2, 2019. He was 64. Husband of Denise (Pake) Bancroft. Stepfather to Arthur, Damion and Codey Bancroft. Brother of Rosemarie Stanley(Wes) and uncle to Brittany and David Stanley. Cousin of Pat Zavitz(Kenny). Predeceased by a brother Robert Howey(1951). Born in London, Ontario on August 12, 1954, son of the late George and Ella May (Claus) Howey. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Wednesday 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 4, 2019 at 11:00 am. Interment, Springfield Cemetery.
