David William Spies, 42, formerly of Cambridge, Ontario, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, May 26, 2019.
David is survived by and will be missed by his two children, Tessie and Owen, parents Gwen and Jerry Bratvold and Paul Spies, grandmother Shirley vanMaanen (William), siblings Steven (Krysta), Tracey, Amanda (Kyle), Duane and nieces and nephews Tyler, Kayla, Gage, Cody, Faith, Sebastian, and Myles, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. David is predeceased by grandparents, Ron Braniff, and Grace and Emerson Spies.
A private Celebration of Life for family members will be held on Saturday, June 1, in Waterloo. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.
