1956-2019
It is with great sadness that we
announce the passing of Shirley Frances
Spence, 63, of Moncton, and formerly of Murray Corner,
NB at the Moncton Hospital on Saturday June 29, 2019. Born
in Bathurst, Shirley was the daughter of Vera (nee Briggs) and the
late Horace Spence.
Shirley had worked for NB Tel for thirty
years. She had an affinity for elephants and crafts,
including knitting, sewing and crocheting.
Shirley was a member of the Telephone
Pioneers, and the First United Church, Murray Corner.
She will be sadly missed by her mother,
Vera; her brothers, Lipton (Carol), and Blair (Sally); her special
friend, Stanley Sears; her nieces and nephews, Carolyn, Richard,
Janice, Jordan, and Preston, as well as several great nieces and a
nephew.
Besides her father, Shirley was
predeceased by her sister-in-law, Joyce, and her niece,
Tracy.
Arrangements are under the care and
guidance of Jones Funeral Home, Port
Elgin, (506-538-2241). A funeral service will be announced
