It is with a great deal of sadness that the family of Winsome Mabel Folkes announces her passing on Monday May 6th, 2019 at the age of 54 years. Winsome will be forever and lovingly remembered by her Daughters Christine and Jade and her Son Ashton as well as her grandchildren Davaun and Jaylen. She will also be missed dearly by her Father Clayton Folkes and her Sister Carleen Robinson (Darren) and Yvonne Folkes (Howard) as well as her Brothers Carlton (Allison), Howard and Everton. In addition, Winsome has numerous Cousins, Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews that will miss her dearly. Winsome was pre-deceased by her Mother Inez Folkes.
A visitation will take place on Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm at Chapel Ridge Funeral Home (8911 Woodbine Avenue, Markham, Ontario) and on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019 from 10:00 am – 11:00 am with a
celebration of Winsome’s life following at 11:00 am at Apple Creek Seventh Day Adventist Church (700 Apple Creek Blvd. in Markham, Ontario)
