Peter Joseph Daniel Byrnes Friday May 10th 2019

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father / grandfather, Peter Joseph Daniel Byrnes, on May 10, 2019 in his 81st year. Predeceased by his wife Nilda (Spinelli) Byrnes, parents Charles and Anna (Hallinan) Byrnes, and sister Mary Byrnes. Peter leaves behind his loving children Margaret Anne (Keith), Denise (Giac), Frank (Kristin), and Louise (Martin). Loving grandfather to Sara, Spencer, Brock and Logan. Peter was a deeply committed member of Alcoholics Anonymous for 49 years (May 16, 1970) and helped countless people through his example and support. Peter will be remembered for his wonderful sense of humour and his pleasure in making others laugh. Peter will be sadly missed by his family and many friends. May he rest in Peace.
There will be a Celebration of Life for family and friends at the Wartman Funeral Home on Friday, May 31 from noon – 2 p.m. If desired, donations made to the charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated. On-line condolences at www.wartmanfuneralhomes.com
