Paulette Campeau (Campeau)
January 26, 1948 – May 16, 2019
Peacefully, on May 16, 2019, at 71 years of age, Paulette Campeau returned to our Lord, joining her loving parents, Gilbert and Blanche (Laframboise) Campeau, nephew, Michel Campeau as well as her brother-in law, Joseph McGrath. Survived by her beloved family, René (Clairette) Campeau, Gilberte McGrath, Nicole (Kim) Nixon, Monique Campeau (Wilfrid) LeBlanc. She will be greatly missed by her nephews and nieces whom she loved dearly, Robert (Lynne) Campeau, François (Suzanne) Campeau; Marc (Francine) McGrath, Peter (Tina) McGrath, Shannon (Robert) McGruer, Sonny (Julie) Sangemino, Robert Sangemino, Christiane (Jason) Lalonde, Jason Nixon (Megan Morrow), Nadine Nixon (Shawn Hendrick), Wilfrid LeBlanc (Maripierre Barrette), Marie-Joelle LeBlanc, Danielle LeBlanc as well as her 28 great-nephews and nieces and 12 great-great-nephews and nieces. She leaves behind numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Paulette spent most of her life in Ottawa as a devoted Public Servant. She received many awards for her volunteer work with several charitable organizations and as a blood donor.
Special thanks to Dave Lewis, Property Manager as well as staff, residents and friends of the Résidence Hervé-Joly in Sarsfield for their constant attention and care.
Family and friends are invited to visit at the St. Laurent Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 1200 Ogilvie Road (at Aviation Parkway), Ottawa on Saturday, May 25, 2019 from 2 – 4 p.m. and 7 – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Paroisse Sainte Marie, 4831 Innes Road, Ottawa on Monday, May 27 at 10:00a.m. Reception will follow.
In lieu of flowers, masses offered for the repose of Paulette’s soul would be greatly appreciated.

Décédée paisiblement, le 16 mai 2019, à l’âge de 71 ans, Paulette Campeau retourna au Seigneur, rejoignant ses parents bien-aimés, Gilbert et Blanche (Laframboise) Campeau, son neveu, Michel Campeau, ainsi que son beau-frère, Joseph McGrath. Elle laisse dans le deuil sa famille bien-aimée: René (Clairette) Campeau, Gilberte McGrath, Nicole (Kim) Nixon et Monique Campeau (Wilfrid) LeBlanc. Elle manquera énormément à ses neveux et nièces qu’elle aimait de tout son coeur. Paulette a passé la plus grande partie de sa vie à Ottawa en tant que fonctionnaire dévouée. Elle a reçu de nombreux prix pour son travail bénévole auprès de plusieurs organisations caritatives et en tant que donneuse de sang. Nous remercions tout particulièrement Dave Lewis, gestionnaire immobilier, ainsi que le personnel, les résidents et ses amis de la Résidence Hervé-Joly à Sarsfield, pour leur attention et leur soin constants.
La famille et les amis sont invités à visiter chez Hulse, Playfair et McGarry – St Laurent, 1200, chemin Ogilvie, Gloucester, ON K1J 8V1, le samedi 25 mai 2019 de 14h à 16h et de 19h à 21h. Les funérailles de la sépulture chrétienne seront célébrées le lundi 27 mai 2019 à 10h00 à la paroisse Sainte Marie, 4831, chemin Innes, Orléans, ON K4A 4B3. L’inhumation suivra au cimetière Notre-Dame, 455, chemin Montréal, Ottawa ON, K1K 0V2 à 13h30.
Des messes offertes pour le repos de l’âme de Paulette seraient grandement appréciées.
