MARYANNE (VAN DEN NEUCKER) BALAZS (1955 – 2019)
Peacefully, surrounded by her family at Sakura House in Woodstock on Saturday, May 11, 2019, Maryanne (Van Den Neucker) Balazs passed away at the age of 63 years. Beloved wife and best friend of Lonnie for 38 wonderful years. Proud and loving mother of her two sons Steve (Marsha) of Langton and Scott (Morgan) of Tillsonburg. Cherished grandma and nana of Teigan, Brody, Alexis and Makenna. Dear daughter of Victoria Van Den Neucker of Langton and sister of Garry Van Den Neucker of Tillsonburg, Diana Fleming (Clyde Frampton) of Straffordville, Larry Van Den Neucker (Heather) of Langton, Martha Swick (Don) of Langton, Joe Van Den Neucker (Mary) of Kitchener and Cindy Duyvejonck of Tillsonburg. Maryanne is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as her sister-in-law Shauna Tilton (Al) of Tillsonburg and brother-in-law Nick Balazs Jr. (Joanne) of Innisfil. Predeceased by her brother-in-law Brian Fleming (2005), her father John Van Den Neucker (2010), sister Kathy Van Den Neucker (2013), brother-in-law Rick Duyvejonck (2013), father-in-law Nick Balazs (2014), mother-in-law June Balazs (2015) and sister-in-law Nancy Van Den Neucker (2018). Maryanne was a Material Handler and loyal employee of Cami Automotive for 28 years. In keeping with Maryanne’s wishes, cremation has taken place. The Balazs family invites friends and relatives to share memories of Maryanne at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) on Friday, May 17, 2019 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to VON Sakura House would be appreciated by the Balazs family.
