Obituary for
Margaret Ussher
Ussher, Margaret (Marlene)
Passed away unexpectedly at Credit Valley Hospital in Mississauga, on Wednesday May 1st 2019, in her 75th year surrounded by her family & friends. Loving wife of Roy for 53 wonderful years. Beloved Mother of Jennifer (Charles) and Jacqueline. Proud Grandma of Mitchell & Alicia. Doting Grandma to her granddoggies Cabo, Rocky, Bruiser, Mickey & Rj.
She was the only child of the late Samuel & Margaret Bigger.
Marlene was born and raised in Belfast Northern Ireland where she met her husband Roy. They were married in 1965 and shortly after immigrated to Toronto, Canada where they began their new life together. Leaving the rain behind in Belfast made her happy but, even more so, making new friends who over the years have become family. Marlene was a very giving person and would do anything for others. She also chose to work evenings so she could stay at home during the day to raise their daughters.
Special thanks to the caring ICU staff at Credit Valley Hospital.
Celebration of Life will be held at Erin Mills United Church, 3010 The Collegeway, Mississauga L5L 4X9, on Saturday May 11th 2019 @ 3pm.
