LETKEMAN, Jacob – Passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, at the University Hospital in London, on Saturday, May 18th, 2019 in his 71st year. Dear father to Jacob (Jennie), Mary Dygos, Sue (Kyle) Cooper, Henry (Sonya), Abe (Georgie), Tina (Richard) Willson and Martha (Brian) Shupe. Beloved brother of Helen Klassen. Grandfather of 23 grandchildren. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Maria (nee Peters) Letkeman, his siblings John, Peter and Margaret and by his children Peter and Lisa also by his grand daughter Amy Willson. Jacob also leaves behind several nieces and nephews. Jacob will be lovingly remembered by his close friends Bob and Ruth Nancekivell, Caroline Wuoirinen, Bukki Alabi and many church friends at the Truth Community Church. The family will receive friends and relatives at the Truth Community Church, 154978 15th Line Thamesford, on Wednesday, May 22nd, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. The service will be held on Thursday May 23rd, 2019 at 10:00AM at the Truth Community Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations made to the University Hospital Intensive Care Unit would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 177 Dundas ST., Thamesford (519-285-2427).
