FORTE (Liberta), Elena – Passed away peacefully at Millennium Trail Manor on Thursday May 23, 2019 at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late John Forte (1994). Dearly loved mother of Rose (Ray) Keighan. Cherished grandmother of Jeffrey (Kelly) Keighan, Dana (Carmen) Ciccarelli and Matthew Keighan and great-grandmother of Bianca Ciccarelli and Simon Keighan and Maxwell Keighan. Dear sister of Dolores (Domenic) Senese and Antoinette (the late Frank) DeFazio. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brother Tony Liberta and sister Lucia Liberta. Mrs. Forte was a long-time devout parishioner of St. Thomas More Church. Family and friends are invited to call at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Vigil prayers will be celebrated at 7 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 11 am at St. Thomas More Church. The Rite of Committal will follow at Fairview Cemetery.
