Peacefully at Northumberland Hills Hospital, Cobourg on Sunday May 12, 2019 in her 85th year. Arlene Taylor, beloved wife of Fred Rowe. Loving mother of Debbie Pemberton (Dave), Gary Rowe (Dawn), Faye Taylor (Chris). Dear grandmother of Derek Pemberton (Brooke), Amy Pemberton (Jason), Lisa Mason (Ryan), Janet Beebe (Jeremy), Sarah Plumley (Jason) and the late Jeffrey Pemberton. She will also be missed by her 8 great grandchildren. Sister of the late Helen McDonald.
Service will be held at the Ross Funeral Chapel, on Friday May 17, 2019 at 11 a.m.
