RICHARD STEWART SPACKMAN, passed away on Thursday April 25, 2019 as a result of ALS. He was 65. He will be cremated.
Richard is survived by his sister Marie Spackman; he was pre-deceased by his parents, Lester and Estella.
Details of the Memorial Service will be announced when completed.
