Peacefully at Hillsdale Estates on Monday, April 15th, 2019. Joan, at the age of 77. Beloved wife of the late Victor Morand. Loving mother of Jennifer Wiebe and husband Jim, Lawrence Morand and wife Airiel, Christopher Morand and girlfriend Rachel, and Glen Morand. Dear grandmother of Barbara, Jay, Laura, Philip, Lorna and Joshua. Predeceased by brother Lorne Belford and sister Muriel Belford.
