It is with great sadness that the family of Marilyn Isobel Nowe, 77 of Harbour View Haven Home for Special Care, Lunenburg and formerly of Wileville died Monday, April 29, 2019 at the South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.
Born in Bridgewater, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Ethel (Keddy) Johnson.
In her earlier years, Marilyn worked at the Met Store in Bridgewater and cleaned homes for various families. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life and cherished moments with family and spending time at home.
Marilyn is survived by daughters, Gail Nowe-Hiltz (John), New Minas, Donna Marshall (Andrew), Chester, Paulette Veinot (Darren), Lunenburg, sons, Robert Nowe, Bridgewater, Jamie Nowe (Amanda), Ajax, ON; 6 grandchildren, 1 great grandchildren, sister, Betty England, Middleton , brother, Terry (Gloria) Johnson, Waterville, several nieces and nephews and Robert Nowe, father of her children.
She was predeceased by brothers, Douglas and Sheldon and sister, Gloria.
Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213 Hwy. # 3, Lunenburg where a memorial service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213 Hwy. # 3, Lunenburg, Rev. Willis Ott, officiating.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Marilyn’s memory may be made to the family.
