Kevin’s Obituary
BENT, Kevin Malcolm ~ age 62 of Middleton, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2019 at his home surrounded by his family. Kevin will be sadly missed by his wife of 40 plus years, Diane Bent; his daughter, Sherri Bent; grandchildren, Dyson and Ava, who will miss their “Booey” very much; his daughter, Michelle Brown; his sister, Linda (Phillip) Hemeon; nieces and nephew; his mother, Mary Bent; his aunt, Millie Banks. He was predeceased by his father, Malcolm Bent. Kevin was known for his great sense of humour and his love of music. Kevin took a genuine interest in whatever he took on, from deeply caring for his clients when he worked at the Kings Regional Rehabilitation Centre to his meticulous yard work during his time at the Housing Authority in Middleton. He was always writing or reading something. He always had an opinion on everything and gave his advice whether you asked for it or not. All who knew him will miss his stories about the “Good Old Days”. Cremation has taken place upon Kevin’s wishes. A visitation will be held 6:00pm – 8:00pm Thursday, April 18, 2019 in the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main St. (902) 825-3448. Interment will be held at a later date.
