MacKENZIE, James Joseph “Jim” at the Belleville General Hospital on Monday, April 8, 2019, age 83 years. Jim MacKenzie of Brighton, son of the late Roy MacKenzie and the late Frances (O’Shea). Loving husband of Margaret Mary “Gretta” (Whitton). Dear father of Maureen Avola of Brighton. Brother of Thomas, Alma, Agnes, Patricia, and the late Joan. Sadly missed by his grandchildren, Nicole (Jeremy) Goldberg and Matthew. Funeral Mass at Holy Angel’s Roman Catholic Church, 40 Centre Street, Brighton, on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 11 o’clock. Cremation with interment at Mount Hope Cemetery, at a later date. As an expression of sympathy, donations to Holy Angel’s Roman Catholic Church, would be appreciated by the family.
