Passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 28th, 2019 in her 106th year.
Devoted wife of the late Amedeo (Amy).
Loving mother of Mary Ann Morris (Larry) and Ray (Donna).
Cherished grandmother of Karen Rothwell, Lynn Morris, Stephen Morris (Linda), Claire Morris (Pete), Kellie Rabak, and Christopher Ercoli (Lori).
Great-grandmother of Megan, Brendon (Brie), Julie (Alex), Daniel, Mathew, Andrew, Sarah and Noah, and great-great-grandmother of Cullen.
Predeceased by her siblings Joe (Jay), Jim, Mary (Nick), and Adele.
Survived by sister-in-law Helen Lanza.
Lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families.
Ida was a kind and generous lady who enjoyed gardening, knitting and needlework. There was no puzzle that she could not complete.
She was quick-witted and had a great sense of humour.
As per her wishes, cremation has taken place.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Friscolanti Funeral Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be offered at St. Ann’s Church, 11 Wilson Street in Ancaster on Monday, May 6th at 11 a.m. with visitation one hour prior to service.
