It is with great sadness and much love that we say goodbye to our beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Hazel Erna Muth who passed away April 22, 2019 at the age of 85 years.
Hazel is lovingly remembered by her sons Doug (Wendy), Don (Doreen), Darrell (Cheryl),Calvin (Maureen), Jeff ((Dana); daughter Gail (Craig), 16 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Hazel’s Life will take place on Friday April 26, 2019 at 1:30 pm at Evangel Pentecostal Assembly, 4461-50 Street Edmonton, AB.
