Peacefully, surrounded by his family at Stedman Hospice on Monday April 29, 2019, in his 75th year. Harold was a proud member of St. John’s Lodge No. 82 Paris and served with many masonic organizations. Beloved husband to Linda (nee Birley); cherished Dad to Craig (Angela), Amy (Marcel Perras), Terry Johnson (Rose), Rick Johnson (Mary), and Vicky Johnson; Cherished Papa to Isabel, Henry, Michael, Breagh, Matthew, Kayla, Melissa, Dustin, Cheyanne, Kristine, Keshia, Tamika, Ricky, Rhonda and the late Nichole and several great grandchildren; Dear brother to June (Blayne Perleth) Conway, the late Muriel Miller (the late George), Bob (Sonya), Chester (June), Howard (Donna), the late Doug (Dorothy), David (Rosetta), & Peter (Michele), and brother in law to Ada Wood (the late Ernie), Mary Devereaux (Jim), Bill (Sandy), Joan Rigsby (the late Bill), Brenda Sowden (Ernie), the late Cecil (Esther), Dennis (Sheila), Audrey VandeZandschulp (Jake), Kathy McLean (Greg), and Kerry (Judy). Also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Lily McComb.
Friends may call at the Wm. Kipp Funeral Home, 184 Grand River St. N. Paris, on Thursday May 2, 2019 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM. Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 11:00 AM. Cremation followed by interment Paris Plains Cemetery.
A Masonic Service under the auspice of St. John’s Lodge No. 82 AF & AM will be held in the funeral home on Thursday at 6:00 PM.
