Evelyn Smith
On April 4, 2019, Evelyn Smith of Edmonton, formerly of Gibbons, AB, passed away at the age of 94 years.
Evelyn is survived by her daughter, Joan and son, Donald (Elizabeth); grandchildren, David (Erika), Scott, Heather (Jason), Tracey and Paul; three great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by her husband, John; son, Allen; special friend, Harry; brothers, William and Stanley; and sister, Rose.
Memorial Service Friday, April 12 at 3:30 p.m. at Park Memorial Chapel, 9709 – 111 Avenue. Reverend Anthony Kwaw officiating with inurnment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cross Cancer Institute, 11560 University Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 1Z2 or the Firefighters Burn Treatment Society- Edmonton Chapter, Suite 1, Bsmt, 7024 – 101 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6A 0H7.
