Donald Joseph Jamieson
1938-2019
Peacefully at
the Kings County Memorial Hospital, the passing of Donald Joseph
Jamieson age 81, occurred on Friday, April 19, 2019 with family by his
side. Born in Sturgeon, son of the late David and Mary Jamieson.
Donald is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Jamieson (Jeffery Madew);
three cherished grandchildren, Paige Jamieson, Michelle McCullough and
Gregory McCullough; one adored great grandchild Maximus Jamieson;
sisters and brothers Doris (Raymond) Jamieson, Sr. Elizabeth CND, Jean
Cann (Hubert deceased), George (Faye) Jamieson, Eileen (Garnet) Sorrie
and Carl (Margaret) Jamieson, sister-in-law Marilyn Jamieson; numerous
cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sister, Helen Galipeau
(Gene deceased); brothers Roy and Claude Jamieson.
Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home, with
visiting on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral Mass to
be celebrated on Thursday, April 25 at 11:00 am, St. Paul’s
Catholic Church, Sturgeon. In lieu of flowers donations to the St.
Paul’s Parish Cemetery would be
appreciated.
