Neil Ebbesen was a matter-of-fact man and he passed away in a matter-of-fact way on Saturday April 20, 2019 at the age of 75 due to complications related to his hiatus hernia. Those who were close to him loved him dearly and can hardly believe he’s gone. He leaves behind 4 daughters: Shannon and her husband Jim Coxford; Nicole and her husband Duane Rowan along with Turner, Ansel, and Selah who are Neil’s beloved grandchildren; Marlo Ebbesen White and Monica Vanderleest and their families. Neil also leaves behind friends and a large extended family who dedicated two Easter hams, a turkey, and all the fixings to him this year. We will hold a celebration of his life this summer, details to follow. Dad would want us all to have a long visit and a bowl of ice cream in his honour and is probably doing just that with Jesus now.
