of
Kathleen Curtiss (nee Easton) Hamilton
Peacefully passed away on April 12th, 2019 at the age of 95. She rejoins her husband Bill, sisters Jean Lawton, Vivian Glasner and brother Andrew Easton. Kay is survived by her stepsons Bruce (wife Lori) and Douglas (wife Xenia). She was much loved and will be sadly missed by grandchildren Peter, Nick, Wesley and Suzanne also nieces Leslie Lawton, Beverly Sykes and nephew Richard Glasner. Kay came to Sudbury in 1937. She was employed by the Ontario ministry of Government services for 30 years before retiring in 1986. Kay was a devoted member of her church, St. Mark’s. In her retirement years she enjoyed the company of her friends. They golfed, attended the theatre and travelled together. A memorial for Kay will be announced at a later date. Donations to the Alzheimer’s society would be greatly appreciated.
